Dseeva is a staple emcee of the Sydney hip-hop scene who has been tirelessly working for over ten years and carving his place in the growing industry.

Through his battles with personal demons and his fair share of ‘brushes’ with the law, he has matured as a man and in that process his debut solo album ‘Kintsugi’ has taken shape.

Featuring the likes of Hau from Koolism & the Triple J Hip Hop Show, and fellow Sub C crew members; Nihilist and Double, the album is a mix of Hip-hop, trap styles beats, R&B melodies and hard hitting intelligent lyricism.
Production is handled by Nebs, Scott Styles, NY Bangers LLC, ItsBuddha, KLAE, Nick Mira Beats, Sinma Beats, Erik Giovanni and Dseeva himself, with mixing and mastering duties done by Espa & Dseeva.

The album provides everything from hard hitting street anthems to introspective and honest storytelling, an album that is truly a one-of-a-kind release.

‘Kintsugi’ is the philosophy of embracing ones’ imperfections. It originated in Japan as the practise of repairing broken crockery with gold, highlighting the cracks as something beautiful, rather than trying to hide them. This is the perfect metaphor for Dseeva, as he wears his flaws with pride and wants to show that its ok for others to do so as well.

‘’Dseeva – Kintsugi’’ received ‘Highest new entry’ for any album in the Country, went to No.3 on Hip-Hop charts and No.17 across all genres on iTunes.
